Enrollment Policies

For eCourses and eWebinars attendance is documented electronically and progress is automatically recorded through the process of attending sessions, reading the course materials and taking the tests, if required. Time spent on a course is also documented electronically and recorded while the course is in process.
LendingEase University reserves the right to cancel and/or re-schedule classes and events.
  • Should the class or event for which you are registered be cancelled, you will be given as much notice as possible, as well as the opportunity to re-schedule for another class time.
  • Should you be unable to attend a class or event for which you are registered, you may re-schedule for another time or transfer the registration to another person at no additional charge as long as you notify us at least 72 hours in advance.
  • If you fail to attend a class or event for which you were registered and do not re-schedule, you will forfeit your tuition.
The enrollment period for most courses and events are 12 months. If you are unable to complete your course within the stated enrollment period, you may purchase an extension. The clock starts on the day you have access to the course materials. Students may request a one-time (60-day) course extension. The request must be submitted at the Admission Office tab and purchase the Course Extension. The 60-day extension begins from the original deadline date. No additional extensions will be granted.
Students are required to pass the final examination for each course, which will be administered either online or in print, depending on the course format. All tests are timed. In order to pass a course in most cases, you must achieve a minimum score of 80%. You can retake the exam if you do not reached the passing score.
When you pass your final examination for a course, you can request your Certificate of Completion by going to the My Courses page and submit a certificate request. The certificate will indicate the number of credit hours earned. If you should misplace or lose your Certificate of Completion, LendingEase University maintains records for a maximum of five (5) years and can issue a duplicate certificate upon request during that time (additional fees may apply).
An evaluation of courses and instructors is available after the final examination; please provide comments to help us to improve course quality.
LendingEase University professional course pricing varies depending on the length and the delivery method of the course or if the course is part of a certificate program. For more detailed pricing and available discounts, please visit the course profile page.
